Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

At Oud Square, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), returns are strictly limited to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our inventory.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or return.

2) Eligibility (Unopened Only)

To maintain hygiene standards, a return is only eligible if the item is:

  • Unopened, unused, and un-sprayed.

  • In its original packaging with all factory seals, plastic wrap, and security stickers fully intact.

  • In the same brand-new condition that you received it.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: If a returned item shows any signs of being opened, sprayed, tampered with, or if the cellophane wrap has been removed, the return will be denied. In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

3) How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@oudsquare.us

  2. Include your Order Number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Include photos of the unopened product to verify its condition.

  4. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and a shipping label with further instructions.

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), Oud Square will cover all shipping costs.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oudsquare.us with the following:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photos of the product (front, back, and bottom).

  • Photos of the shipping box and the mailing label.

  • Photos showing the damage or leakage clearly.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used fragrances (No exceptions).

  • Items with broken seals or removed plastic wrap.

  • Sale/Discounted items (All sales are final).

  • Gift cards.

  • Samples or decants (if applicable).

7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for your unopened item and place a new order for the desired product.

8) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

9) EU Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the product must still be unopened and sealed in its original packaging due to health and hygiene protection.
