  • Representations: We strive to display the colors and images of our fragrances as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Changes: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Expectations: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations (e.g., scent preference), as fragrances are subjective.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

All delivery times provided are estimates only. OUD SQUARE is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OUD SQUARE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
